By accessing or using ValueOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ValueOS is operated by Jord Cuiper ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is designed to help you discover your values, build principles, and track your integrity over time.

2. Description of Service

ValueOS provides:

• AI-guided value discovery through conversational coaching
• Tools to create and manage personal principles and commitments
• Monthly integrity reports and progress tracking
• An AI coach trained on Jord Cuiper's methodology
• Pattern recognition and insights based on your data

3. User Accounts

To use ValueOS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jord Cuiper and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (your values, principles, stories, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

ValueOS uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching and insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and self-reflection purposes only
• The Service is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
• You should use your own judgment when acting on any suggestions

7. Beta Access

During the beta period:

• The Service is provided free of charge
• Features may change without notice
• We may limit or terminate access at any time
• We appreciate your feedback to help improve the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
